You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal adult in your jurisdiction to register and wager on rgtoto. Age verification is strictly enforced and accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon are processed instantly to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are typically completed within 2–6 hours during operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB).
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to rollover requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. Attempting to abuse promotions will result in account suspension.
Each player may hold only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rgtoto will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or any equivalent confirmation during the account creation process, or by accessing and using any part of the Platform after these Terms have been made available to you, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and rgtoto relating to the subject matter hereof, whether written or oral.
Access to and use of rgtoto is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies universally to all Players, regardless of the age of majority in any specific jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
rgtoto operates as an internationally licensed platform. While we welcome players who are Indonesian residents, you are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your specific location. The Company makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal or appropriate in all jurisdictions. By registering, you warrant that participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. rgtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at registration at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rgtoto will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are correctly entered will be treated as having been performed by you, and you will bear full responsibility for all such activity.
If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify rgtoto immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected].
rgtoto is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free environment for all Players. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time at rgtoto's discretion, particularly when unusual account activity is detected.
To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following:
rgtoto will make reasonable efforts to review submitted KYC documents within 24–72 hours. During this review period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. rgtoto accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local banking channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are also accepted where available. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
Bank transfers are typically credited to your rgtoto Account within 5 to 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak banking hours, national public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. rgtoto is not liable for delays caused by the Player's own bank or financial institution.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. This minimum may vary by payment method and is subject to change. Players will be notified of the applicable minimum at the point of deposit.
Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time via the Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for the Player's most recent deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Saturday between 09:00 and 21:00 WIB. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. The majority of approved withdrawals are completed within 2–6 hours of processing commencement.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on the Player's account tier and verification status. Fully KYC-verified accounts enjoy higher withdrawal limits. Specific limits are displayed within the Account dashboard.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met:
rgtoto offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be rolled over (wagered) the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10× rollover requirement on a Rp 500,000 bonus requires total wagers of Rp 5,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100% toward rollover. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 100% depending on the game type. Certain games may be excluded from rollover contribution entirely. Full contribution rates are published in the promotion-specific terms.
rgtoto employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting promotional offers across multiple platforms. Detected bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and may result in permanent closure.
All bets are subject to rgtoto's acceptance at our sole discretion. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference number has been issued by the Platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation, particularly where system errors, odds feed failures, or manifest pricing errors are identified.
A bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the scheduled date, the event result cannot be officially verified, the odds at the time of placement were clearly erroneous, or the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time of placement.
Markets for bandar bola (football bookmaker) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled according to officially declared results from the relevant governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football). For togel draws, official draw results from the licensed operator of each relevant lottery are used for settlement. rgtoto accepts no liability for disputes arising from a Player's misunderstanding of market rules.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rgtoto Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of rgtoto.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rgtoto, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
rgtoto's total cumulative liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rgtoto does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services.
The collection, storage, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by the rgtoto Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how your information is handled.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting rgtoto customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed and any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure. Closing your Account does not relieve you of any obligations arising prior to the date of closure.
rgtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the Player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, rgtoto reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance held in the Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rgtoto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.
Indonesian Players are reminded that they are independently responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. rgtoto makes no representation that the Services are legal for use in all regions of Indonesia.
rgtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
